I love this story already and relate so much to Olivia that it brought tears to my eyes when it was revealed she struggles with BPD. I also have BPD and am trying to find a Dom for the same reasons. Thank you for that!

Well... the big twist was quite easy guess from page 1 itself. Not that it ruined the story, but it wasn't suspense (if that's what you're trying to achieve).
For some reason, the story read more of split personality disorder than BPD. BPD has mood swings and unstable emotions. However, the way you talked about The Bitch made me believe it was a different personality altogether inhabiting the wife's body. Again, I'm no doctor so take this opinion for what it's worth.
Overall, it worked for me. It was a short vignette showing a glimpse into the lives of two people trying to make the best of their circumstances.

Really different and interesting story on several levels. I would have to disagree with the character you presented as having BPD. I have personal experience in that area and BPD doesn't really manifest itself in the way your character acted. I'd love to see a follow-up to the story if you have any energy left. 5*
