Fun continuation story. I will say, the Big D is getting a little soft with the vet giving first aid in the smithy. What happened to just applying an antiseptic spray and liquid bandage while on the branding bench followed by walking the slave girl to her holding cell. Then give her a bottle of water and a couple of Motrin. I need that nano tech for my wife.😜

Medical stuff:
Fracture = broken. We have lots of terms to describe the fracture, but a fracture is a break.
People can walk on a broken ankle if they are tough enough to take the pain and the tibia is not where the fracture is.
She would have had an x-ray about a week after the surgery to confirm it was well healing.
Plaster? We more often use water activated fiberglass these days. Less heat as it cures, sets quicker.
Very likely she would have been put in a walking boot.
Advil = Motrin = ibuprofen. Each pill is 200mg, so three were a good choice, four a bit better. Redose after six hours if the pain has returned.

Fine work, first of all, yet I would myself write in more concern on the part of the dominant regardless of what the sub wanted. I will render first aid including cleaning and medicating injured sites, then bandage the injury if required. Antibiotics effective for skin and under lying tissues might be good. How about some ice and Motrin? Why not clean the belt with antiseptic before use? I would pull my strikes to prevent excessive injury despite what the sub wants, I am the dominant and my concern for my sub outweighs their desires. After you tear the sub down it’s good to build them back with love and care and good sex. Cook your sub a good meal, too. A good dominant is not a heartless dominant.

I see this a lot and it bothers me for the dominant lover, after getting his or her jollies, neglects to care for the recipient sub. What if the sub gets a dangerous infection? When you refer to lifelong I think some more explanation is due. Did you lack the sexual cravings that almost all adolescents have? Did you masturbate before having sexual contact with another person? Not intercourse per se, but kissing, fondling..etc? Have you ever experienced an orgasm, with or without a partner? The same can be said for exogenous or injected testosterone and estrogen provided it is used correctly. HSDS can, and does come with life changing effects. It has the ability to prevent and kill marriages. So if pharmocological therapy can eliminate or reduce the aforementioned effects, it should be understood that it remains a viable and safe option in the treatment HSDS.
