Please see, Benadryl normally does not cause slow heart beats. Rather it can increase the heart rate because it has what is called as anticholinergic activity, means it counters the vagal nerve action on the hart and can increase heart rate. So if you are having slow heart rate then other causes need to be explored, but not Benadryl causing this.
