I can relate to the whole extended family thing. Once kids are in the mix, a total split from the ex is difficult, if not impossible. There’s nothing like a 51 year old man crying his eye out like this. I really needed it because of medical issues brought on by someone else. Even though I know the reality, I don’t think I’ve come to tums with it since the diagnosis 15 mths ago. Do don’t have any family or close friend I can ask for help. Or even anyone I can completely trust. I would give anything to have someone car for me 1/4 of the amount he cared for his sister. An increadable story !!!!!!!!!

I almost quit reading your stories with this chapter. It's not your writing... it's easy to get immersed and lost in your stories... it's the subject matter... and getting immersed in a subject I find abhorrent is driving me away. I'm repulsed by cuckolding... and the romantic way that Darian and Selana found each other in DragonForce makes it that much harder to watch the explicit and unconditional force of Pern dragon lust overcome avion mate-for-life love. But I'm just OCD enough I wanted to finish what had been up to now a compelling story, and the only way I would continue was by skimming the last chapter... no spoilers here but I'll grit my teeth and take a tums and push on... 5/5 BUT you're killing me Smalls!

Medical stuff:
Fracture = broken. We have lots of terms to describe the fracture, but a fracture is a break.
People can walk on a broken ankle if they are tough enough to take the pain and the tibia is not where the fracture is.
She would have had an x-ray about a week after the surgery to confirm it was well healing.
Plaster? We more often use water activated fiberglass these days. Less heat as it cures, sets quicker.
Very likely she would have been put in a walking boot.
Advil = Motrin = ibuprofen. Each pill is 200mg, so three were a good choice, four a bit better. Redose after six hours if the pain has returned.

Loved the story - but just as an aside, aspirin actually prevents liver damage. Acetameniphen (Tylenol) is what is traditionally known as dangerous for the liver, and non-aspirin NSAIDs such as ibuprofen have recently been linked to stroke/heart attack risk increase. lol I know this has nothing to do with erotica, and your story is fantastic - but if it were me writing this? (and I do write a ton - I'm actually a professional author), I would have had Jack (the athlete) share his prescription pain killers with his victim, since he's most likely on them (athletes are always getting hurt) and since opiate prescriptions, added Tylenol not withstanding, are the only things that don't increase the risk of liver damage and heart attack/stroke. Plus... let's be honest. They're also the only medications that actually work. And also - it's the very least Jack owes him. ;)
